Join People with Disability Australia (PWDA) for a free workshop about healthy relationships.
This workshop is for people with disability who prefer information in plain language and a relaxed, interactive learning environment.
At the workshop we will talk about:
- Different types of relationships.
- What healthy, unhealthy and unsafe relationships can look like.
- Your rights, choices, consent and personal boundaries.
- Early warning signs that something might not be right.
- Where to get help and who you can talk to if you are worried.
The workshop uses:
- Plain language.
- Interactive activities.
- A supportive and welcoming environment.
Family members, carers and support workers are welcome to attend if requested by the participant.
Light catering and refreshments and will be provided.
