National Redress Scheme Information Webinar for People with Disability

The National Redress Scheme is for people who have experienced institutional child sexual abuse. 

People With Disability Australia (PWDA) is hosting this webinar on behalf of the Department of Social Services (DSS) with support from Fenton Communications.

The webinar will feature a panel of speakers including PWDA Redress Advocate Linda Wiseham and Lucy Knight from DSS.

  • Purpose of the National Redress Scheme
  • Application process
  • Video interview with a redress applicant and their case manager 
  • How to engage with Redress Support Services and access free confidential support.

You can submit a general question about the Scheme when you register below. The panel will aim to answer these questions during the webinar. Please note, the panel won’t be able to answer any live questions during the webinar or answer questions about specific cases or personal circumstances.
